No need to thank me for the information, as its the law of this fine land something everyone should know as it protects you from people who abuse your personal details.
Do you really think they only emailed me and not the whole of Parcel2go's database, multiple offenses under the act. To me that playing "willy nilly" with data and the regulations governing its use shows up a company for what it is, suspect. But as ever normally when you start looking you find other laws/regulations that these companies ignore and sure enough Border HQ have ignored them too.
