I am having a very bad experience with BorderHQ. The company received a package on my behalf about 2 months ago and have refused to forward to me. I have tried to contact Chris Jones via email, phone, to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get in touch please help me out. The package contains clothes worth £150 and a young girl's wedding depends on it!
